Introduction

Located on the edge of the Rainbow Bridge in Ontario Prov., Niagara Falls, Canada, it is the only way for the United States and Canada to enter the waterfall area. Its geographical advantages are beyond doubt, hotel development establishing at this location can favour the local need like establishment of large parking garage and convention centres for wedding banquets. These are identified to be lack of in the area and provide great potentials.

Hotel buildings are divided into East Wing and West Wing with a bridge to overpass across Hiram Street connecting them together. The developer is the same person who launched the Fallsview Casino Resort Casino. He has been hoping to introduce high-end services in the waterfall area. Because of his effort, Fallsview Casino Resort has become a world class witness to the local company of La Vegas.

This is evident from the Seneca Niagara Hotel Casino in the United States, which is based on Fallsview Casino Resort in the US waterfall area.  Ontario Province's casinos are owned by the government, and all investors become directors of Fallsview Casino Resort Casino Management company, managing not only Fallsview Casino Resort but also Casino Niagara near Rainbow Bridge.

Fallsview Casino Resort in the area is a 4 stars hotel in the area but it still cannot match the full development of the Waterfalls area. The existing facilities can not attract the world's high-end visitors. The development of another 4 stars hotel with more servicesis needed and planning has started last year.

This hotel apartment was designed and was carefully arranged by Feng shui master. In the overall design, every unit in the East Wing and the West Wing building is able to view the horse-shoe fall. The leisure bar on the roof can provide another feeling in such high open altitude to enjoy the waterfall. The hotel also includes halls for weddings with not religious restrictions. Introduction of Chinese restaurant Giant to enter the facility can also provide Chinese wedding banquet which is not an option at the moment.

The Lower floors of the building is equipped with shops and residential units. Other locations are ready to introduce a Chinese brand restaurant such as Quan Ju de, Name Brand Spa to provide Chinese massage therapy and foot massage. In addition, a mix of karaoke establishments and Western-style nightclubs with Chinese-style services in the entertainment sector, so that guests can have a whole new experience in the area.

The building also includes a multi-function hall for the purpose of meeting and wedding banquet.

Due to the lack of parking spaces in the area, the hotel has 850 car parking rooms to meet the needs of the city and the hotel. At present, almost all services in the area are treated in western style, the introduction of the Chinese brand, including the hotel name, Chinese food House, Chinese high-end service spa, karaoke, nightclub and Chinese wedding ceremony and dinner, will make visitors and visitors feel a refreshing feeling. The project will provide a hotel that will bring confidence for comfortable tourism and entertainment, new venues for meetings and banquets.

Base on the official statistics of the District, there are 14 million tourists each year. Canada is working hard to gradually open up the tourism industry. If such a project can include Chinese tourist enterprises investment, the hotel will be able to give full play to the potential of the high-end guest services to the visitors.

发展商觉得单是 Fallsview Casino Resort 在该区才称得上4星以上的酒店并不能配合瀑布区的全面发展,市内其他酒店几乎都以单一住房服务来生存,这做法不能吸引世界高端旅客的特意到访,因此,从去年开始便计划在市内为一仍可以全面观赏瀑布景色及该区交通总枢纽的彩虹桥边建造一座4星级以上及能提供更多服务的酒店。此酒店设计及建造,将配合风水精心安排方向及外形。

在整体设计上,东翼及西翼大楼的每一单位都能观赏瀑布为主要定位,楼顶设有优闲酒吧,在高空欣赏瀑布可有另一番感受。大楼内设有可举行婚礼的会堂,全无宗教限制。如有大型中式餐饮进注,更可提供中式婚礼餐宴,为当地仍然沒能做到的服务。

大楼底部设有停车间、小量商店及住宅。其他位置是准备引进一中国品牌食府如全聚德,品牌水疗中心提供中式按摩治疗及足底按摩等等。在娱乐方面亦准备引进一中面混合的卡拉 OK 场所和中式服务的西式夜总会,务求令客人在该区有一全新的感受。大楼中亦包括可作会议用途及婚宴用途的多功能厅。

就因应该区的停泊车位不足,所以酒店附设了 850 个小车停泊间来满足市内及酒店需求。
